Example Service Deployments:
Ivrnet offerings include our Automated Report Card system (ARC) for the Government of Alberta, Community Supports. ARC is used by the government to automate monthly reporting that is required for clients (30000 + clients) to provide a monthly report as a condition for participation in the social services program. Clients call an IVR in our hosted faculty to respond to a voice prompt questionnaire to report on current living arrangements, such as an address, employment income, household income. The GoA uses ARC to automatically collect client reporting to a single database and accelerate program payments. Ivrnet also provides he equivalent questionnaire through an online reporting tool. Reports are consolidated to a single database where the Ivrnet ARC system automatically initiatives the post verification process to compare monthly reports to previous report and auto approve reports that meet set criteria. These services are sacred by voice biometric programs or secure login access. Ivrnet performs IP Address validation to ensure clients are in the province and restricts call area to Alberta area code and prefixes. ARC significantly changed the lead time for program accessibility and reduced the processing resources significantly with the GoA.
Ivrnet also provides an automated payment solution with PCI compliant payment service over the telephone, SMS (text), and Online tools within our platform Safepay. Ivrnet Safepay offers IVR options credit collection processes integrated to our Central software and Ivrnet Paymaster. We build APIs to client systems to automate payment processing for services. Safepay de-scopes credit card collection to our PCI compliant environment to significantly reduce annual attestation responsiblitties, we enhance the security of card holder data and enhance efficiency for customer service representatives by automated portions of the call to Telepay. The services we provide protect a client and their financial information from fraud risk.
Ivrnet provides highly advanced and self managed call management tools through web accessible call IVR routing tools. We work with large contact environments to enable our clients to quickly understand call volumes and manage service routing in the cloud. We further enhance efficiencies and customer interface options by integrating two way SMS conversation between a mobile user and a CSR. We integrate to a customers existing Chat service or provide application access in the cloud.
Ivrnet Central software is a customer member management platform hosted in our secure cloud environment. Central is the user engagement tool we provide to create profiles for client engagement and manage groups, communication preferences, payments for services and resource bookings. Central also provides a shopping cart option for organizations that offer services for purchase. Users are able to manage their own profile and significantly enhances the ability to maintain contact with members that could be composed of employees or customers.
